Seth is an experienced property owner with a specialty in property acquisition and asset turnaround procedures. He prides himself on being able to source quality investment properties for his partners and investors. His firms currently owns or manages more than $65MM in commercial real estate.
Seth is always on the leading edge of changes in the real estate and capital markets and makes adjustments to not only protect the partnerships and funds under Clarity’s care, but to also ensure their ongoing success.
Seth serves part-time in the Missouri Air National Guard in St. Joseph, Missouri, where he fulfills his duty as a pilot of the C-130 tactical airlift aircraft. He is a four-time combat veteran of 13 years. Seth is the bestselling author of “Real Estate Flight Plan: A Combat Pilot’s Guide to Navigating Real Estate Success," which has helped bring Clarity to thousands of people across the country. Seth, his wife, and his two children live in Kansas City.

Fletcher's duties are to start new relationships with sponsors, financial institutions, and other professionals on behalf of Clarity Equity Group. Fletcher is often the first contact our consulting clients have with the firm. He then works hand in hand with the client to ensure their ongoing success.
Fletcher started his career in financial advising prior to real estate. However, he still continues to advocate on the importance of financial literacy. Fletcher is currently pursuing an M.S.E.R.E (Masters of Science in Entrepreneurial Real Estate) at UMKC. During his undergraduate studies he founded "Diamonds in the Rough", a youth after-school program (ages 10-15) that focuses on developing skills in finance, & business entrepreneurship, while also stressing the importance of mental health.
Fletcher has continued expanding his business in the community by hosting financial literacy workshops monthly and working to replace the current after-school programs for Kansas City youth. With his real estate knowledge, he has incorporated content on investing and ways to build generational wealth in hopes of educating low-income communities on how to successfully use real estate as an investment vehicle.
When he is not sourcing deal flow, assisting consulting clients, or studying for his M.S.E.R.E. Fletcher enjoys reading, writing, exercising, spending time with his family, and engaging in the community.
