Seth’s 5th Deployment to the Middle East—Complete!

Seth, a Major in the Missouri Air National Guard, lead a crew of six as aircraft commander on the C-130 cargo plane. He was away for three months.

Some stats:

• He flew more than 160 hours.
• Flew to 12 countries and more than 20 airports.
• Burned 775,000 pounds of jet fuel, or 123,000 gallons.

Everyone at Clarity and most importantly his wife and two small children are happy to have him home.

Fletcher completed his Masters in Real Estate!

Clarity is proud to announce that our very own Fletcher L. Clardy III has graduated with a Masters of Science in Entrepreneurial Real Estate, or MSERE from UMKC this December (12/19/20). Fletcher alongside more than 1,100 graduates was honored by Kansas City native and acclaimed actor Don Cheadle, who gave the commencement address to students who completed their degrees.

Fletcher also was accepted into ULI’s 2020-21 Young Leaders Group Mentorship Program! The mission of the ULI Young Leaders Group is to foster an exchange of expertise, ideas, and friendship among young real estate professionals and industry veterans in Kansas City.

Clarity is happy to have Fletcher on the team! We look forward to 2021 and sharing more success stories.
